FIA CENTRAL EUROPEAN ZONE
FIA REGIONAL RALLY CUP -
SOUTH

Rally Saturnus is also last event counting for FIA Central European
zone. Each driver, who wants to score points for CEZ, must attend at least 3 rallies
and now we only have 2 crews in group A which do this. The leader is Vaclav Pech,
but he isn't
coming to Saturnus
rally and neither do Josef Beres. Of those who are coming, Siniša Crnojević had
already two starts and now he can score 20 points and jump in the overall
standing to 2nd place. We should notice that results of penultimate
rally are not counted yet.
In group N we have similar picture. Only Miroslav Jandik started in 3
rallies and now he is a leader, but not coming to Saturnus. So Marko Lovak with
citroen xsara and Gabor Takacs with his Honda civic can jump up.
Of those foreign drivers, who are coming to Saturnus Silvestr Mikulastik
(Subaru impreza) already won one event, it was in Martinski rally in Croatia.
Radim Špurek (mitsubishi lancer evo VI) has one third spot, for Kosice rally.
And rally also counts for FIA European regional cups - South, which was
established this year. The biggest favourite is Claudio DeCecco who also has chances
to win the championship.
